RT Management OÜ’s project “Digitalisation of Business Processes” has received €15,885.77 in support from the European Regional Development Fund. Project activities will be carried out from August 2025 to October 2025.
Digitalisation of RT Management OÜ’s business processes
The aim of the project is to digitalise RT Management OÜ’s business processes related to managing rental properties, serving clients—including client communication and responding to enquiries—and managing pricing. Implementing the project will make the company’s workflows more efficient, reduce labour-intensive manual tasks, and improve the speed and quality of customer service.
Digitalisation will improve internal communication, increase data transparency, and provide a better overview of the rental portfolio and the management of revenue documentation. This will enable the company to improve operational efficiency and offer clients a more modern level of service.
The project will deliver the following results:
• The rental property management system has been digitalised.
• Pricing-related processes have been digitalised.
• Client communication has been digitalised.
The project is co-funded by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
